answering your questions

Common FAQs.

We know there are a lot of questions that can come up when considering therapy. Below are some of the most common questions we hear - but we encourage you to reach out if you have a question that is not answered below.

  • Each provider within our office accepts different insurances. We do accept all of these: BCBS, Pacific Source, Aetna, First Choice Health Network, EBMS, United, Mtn Health Co-op, Cigna, Allegiance, Work Comp, and others.

Some of our providers accept these: Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare

  • We do! We have an outside billing agency. If you have questions about your bill, coverage, need to change credit card on file, or need receipts, please let your therapist know and they will put you in touch directly!

  • Hourly fees are dependent on each provider. This generally ranges from $175-225. We want to make therapy affordable and accessible to all, when possible. If finances are a deterrent, please inquire to discuss.

  • Generally, we have 1-2 providers with new openings. This is dependent on creating the best fit according to: specialty, insurance, and scheduling needs. Please inquire!

  • We are a specialty-based practice, as all of our providers specialize in different modalities and have different interests. It is important to read the provider bios to see which couple of providers “speak” to you. We can then begin to assess estimated wait times, best fit, etc.

  • We strive to return emails within one business day. However, because we are a small mom & pop shop; we do not have dedicated phone personnel. This being said, voicemails are a bit trickier. We are in session, hourly, during the whole day, so emails and texts are quickest and best! But, we do try to return phone calls within two business days; if voicemail works best for you. If you haven’t heard in these timeframes, PLEASE reach out again; it might have been missed within the number of referrals we receive. We do want to help!

  • We strive to be part of your bigger medical team, as part of our ‘best practice’ in helping provide a cohesive and comprehensive treatment team. However, we will only do this with your permission. If you prefer we don’t contact your referring provider, that is ok too, and you can share that with us.
